Right of Withdrawal / return

1) In accordance with current legislation, the User has a right of withdrawal and to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day the User or a third party designated by the User, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Barcelona LED France, S.L., at the following address: C/Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu - Barcelona (Spain), or by email: commercial@barcelonaled.fr of their decision to terminate the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax, or email).

You can use the withdrawal form model below (3.), although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent by the User before the expiration of the corresponding deadline.

All return requests caused, for example, by an error in the choice of color, size, bulb base, or a change of mind, will be at the customer's expense. If the error is attributable to Barcelona LED, for example: preparation error, insufficient description, etc., the return will be borne by the seller. For the acceptance of the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and instructions for use. (It is essential to keep the box)

The return can be represented by a refund or an exchange of a product of the same amount as the order placed.

If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any refund or exchange, giving the possibility to return the material to the customer, postage due.

2) Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal by the User, Barcelona LED will refund all payments received from them, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from their choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered) without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date Barcelona LED is informed of their decision to withdraw from this contract. Barcelona LED will proceed with the refund using the same payment methods used by the User for the initial transaction, unless expressly requested otherwise; in all cases, no fees will be incurred as a result of the refund.

Barcelona LED may delay the refund until it has received the goods, or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

The User must return or deliver the goods directly without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate to Barcelona LED their decision to cancel the contract. The deadline will be considered met if the return of the goods is made before this period ends.

Only, the User will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4) In case of return or withdrawal of product due to non-compliance, the User must also send a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Also, depending on the payment method, they must indicate to Barcelona LED where the payment should be made.

Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. will not accept any product returns in poor condition with signs of misuse, in the case of products that are not suitable for use in humid or aquatic environments such as swimming pools, outdoors or sea, the return will not be accepted if there are signs of moisture while Barcelona LED has clearly informed about the IP resistance of each product, and the product return will not be accepted if it has been damaged due to poor electrical connections on site.
