Motion Sensor for B8137 LED Hoods
The motion sensor has 3 modes of operation that will help you to economize energy consumption within your premises.
ON/OFF
During daylight the device will remain off. At dusk the sensor detects that there is insufficient illumination and turns on the moment it detects a moving object. After a set time it will switch off the industrial hood, whenever there is insufficient light or no motion is identified.
Dimming in 2-step mode
If you want to keep your lighting on throughout the day, you can do so using this function. The sensor will remain at low intensity to save on lighting costs and visualize your desired workspace. Once motion is detected it will illuminate 100% of its brightness.
Dimming in 3-Step Mode
The sensor will turn on the moment it detects motion. After the switch-on time has elapsed, the sensor dims the light to a low illumination level if no further motion is detected ("Standby" phase). During this phase we can choose after how long (10s/1min/3min/5min/10min/30min) we want the sensor to turn off the light, if no motion is detected.
