Right of withdrawal / return

1) In accordance with current legal regulations, you have the right to terminate this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at Barcelona LED iluminacion, S.L., at the following address: calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), or by phone at: 932418081, or by email at: comercial@barcelonaled.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form template below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the expiration of the corresponding period.

  • The return of a product, not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color selection, lamp size, error in product type selection), will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be paid along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

  • To accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (it is essential to keep the box).
  • The return will be monetary or by product exchange, at the buyer's choice, for the value of the order.
  • Shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED assumes the return costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
  • If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any type of refund or exchange, offering the possibility of sending the products to the customer with freight collect.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, paying the shipping costs to our headquarters.

IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEONS, AND CABLES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF CUT TO SIZE, USED WITH ADHESIVE, SOLDERED, OR ANY MANIPULATION DONE BY THE BUYER OR AT THE BUYER'S REQUEST.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:

Any product handled by the customer or resulting from misuse, breakage, etc., will not be altered or refunded, thus voiding the product warranty. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will be charged to BARCELONA LED. In all other cases, these will be borne by the customer.

In case of product replacement, it may not necessarily be identical to the previous one, although in any case it will be an equivalent, compatible, and improved version or model, since LED products are subject to continuous performance improvement.

If the product is in good condition but the packaging (box, plastic, or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.

Both the collection of the product and its return will be managed by Barcelona LED through our courier service, in the case of replacements and repairs.

Returns of material within the peninsula:

2) Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs, if any, as well as additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with this refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

In case of return of the goods due to non-conformity (wrong shipment, defective product, packaging damaged during shipping), the return costs will be borne by Barcelona LED iluminacion, S.L.

You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4) In case of withdrawal or return of the product due to non-conformity, you must also send us a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Additionally, depending on your payment method, you must inform us where we should make the payment.

Returns of products in poor condition with signs of misuse are not accepted; in the case of products not intended for use in humid or aquatic environments such as pools, outdoors, or sea, returns will not be accepted if they show signs of moisture since we clearly state the IP resistance on each product, nor will returns be accepted if the product has suffered damage due to poor electrical connections in the installations.
