Changes and Returns

In accordance with current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., at the following address: calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), or by phone at: 932418081, or by email: comercial@barcelonaled.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

The return of a product, which is not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color selection, bulb size, error in product type selection), will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be refunded along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:
Barcelona Led Iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (it is essential to keep the box).
The return will be monetary or by product exchange, at the buyer's choice, for the order amount.
Shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED assumes the return shipping costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any refund or exchange, offering the possibility to send the products back to the customer with shipping charges due.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, paying the shipping costs to our headquarters.

IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEONS, AND CABLES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF CUTS TO MEASURE, USE OF ADHESIVE, SOLDERING, OR ANY MANIPULATION MADE BY THE BUYER OR REQUESTED BY THE BUYER ARE APPARENT.
