Right of withdrawal / return



1) Under applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) to Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., Nápoles street 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), phone: 932418081, e-mail: comercial@barcelonaled.com. You may use the withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the relevant period.

  • The return of a product not related to quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color choice, bulb size, errors in product type selection) is borne by the customer, who must return the goods for refund along with a copy of the invoice to the address:
    Barcelona Led Iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain.
  • To accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with original packaging, including instructions (keeping the box is necessary).
  • The refund can be monetary or an exchange of products, according to the buyer's choice, up to the order amount.
  • Shipping costs related to the return of the product are borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED covers the return costs, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any refund or exchange, giving the possibility to return products to the customer at their expense.
