RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN POLICY
1) In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., at the following address: calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), or by phone: 932418081, or by email: comercial@barcelonaled.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The return of a product, not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in the selection of color, lamp size, error in the selection of the product type), will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

To accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (it is essential to keep the box).
The return will be made at the buyer's choice either by refund or by exchange of products, for the amount of the order.
The shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the buyer. In the event that Barcelona LED assumes the return costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not carry out any form of return or exchange, offering the possibility to send the products freight collect to the customer.
The customer bears the costs of returning the goods and pays the shipping costs to our headquarters.
IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEON LIGHTS, AND CABLES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED IF THEY HAVE BEEN CUT TO SIZE, GLUED, SOLDERED, OR MANIPULATED IN ANY WAY BY THE BUYER OR AT THE BUYER'S REQUEST.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:
No product that has been manipulated by the customer or that results from misuse, breakage, etc., will be exchanged or credited, and the product warranty will be void. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will be borne by BARCELONA LED. In all other cases, these costs are borne by the customer.
In the case of a replacement product, it does not necessarily have to be the same as the previous one, but it can in any case be an equivalent, compatible, and improved version or model, as LED products are subject to continuous performance improvements.
If the product is in good condition but the packaging (box, plastic, or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.
Both the collection of the product and the associated return will be managed by Barcelona LED through our courier service, in the case of replacements and repairs.

2) Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, except for any delivery costs, as well as any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In the case of returning goods due to non-conformity (wrong shipment, defective product, package damaged during shipping), the return costs will be borne by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3) Model withdrawal form:

4) In case of withdrawal or return of the product due to non-conformity, you must also send us a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Depending on your payment method, you must also indicate where we should make the payment.
We do not accept returns of products in poor condition with signs of misuse. In the case of products not intended for use in wet or aquatic environments such as swimming pools, outdoors, or the sea, we do not accept their return if they show signs of moisture, as we clearly specify the IP resistance of each product, nor do we accept the return of the product if it has been damaged due to poor electrical connections in the facilities.
