Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all orders under €45 purchase.
However, for orders over €45 VAT included, shipping is free.
Please note that some products, due to their size or volume, may incur additional shipping fees regardless of the order amount. This applies, for example, to display panels, LED furniture, or other large items. If in doubt, we recommend contacting our sales department beforehand.
Our deliveries are made from our warehouse located in Barcelona, Spain, and are available for mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

MONDIAL RELAY DELIVERY POINT
When you place an order on our site, you can choose the delivery method "Mondial Relay - Points Relais®". This service allows you to pick up your package at any Mondial Relay delivery point located anywhere in the country.
After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your package. We will also send you a notification as soon as your package is available for pickup. A signature will be required upon receipt of your package.
To facilitate communication with you, we recommend that you provide a mobile phone number when placing your order.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN
5.1. In accordance with current legislation, the User has the right to withdraw and cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the User or a third party designated by the User, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Barcelona LED France, S.L. by email: commercial@barcelonaled.fr of their decision to terminate the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax, or email).
You can use the withdrawal form template below (5.3.), although its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the communication regarding the exercise of this right must be sent by the User before the corresponding deadline expires.
All return requests caused, for example, by an error in choosing the color, size, bulb base, or a change of mind, will be at the customer's expense. If the error is Barcelona LED's fault, for example: preparation error, insufficient description, etc., the return will be covered by the seller. To accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and user instructions. (It is essential to keep the box)
The return may be processed as a refund or as an exchange for a product of the same value as the original order.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not issue any refund or exchange, offering the option to return the material to the customer, postage due.
5.2. Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal by the User, Barcelona LED will refund all payments received from them, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from the User choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered) without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date Barcelona LED is informed of their decision to withdraw from this contract. Barcelona LED will process the refund using the same payment method the User used for the initial transaction, unless the User expressly requests otherwise; in all cases, no fees will be charged as a result of the refund.
Barcelona LED may delay the refund until it has received the goods, or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
The User must return or deliver the goods directly without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate to Barcelona LED their decision to cancel the contract. The deadline will be considered met if the return of the goods is made before this period ends.
Only, the User will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.4. In case of product return or withdrawal due to non-compliance, the User must also send a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Additionally, depending on the payment method, the User must indicate to Barcelona LED where the payment should be made.
Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. will not accept any product returns in poor condition showing signs of misuse. For products not suitable for use in humid or aquatic environments such as pools, outdoors, or the sea, returns will not be accepted if there are signs of moisture, especially since Barcelona LED has clearly informed about the IP resistance of each product. Returns will also not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to improper electrical connections on site.
