Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

1) You have the right, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. at the following address: Nápoles Str. 129-131, Local 7, ZIP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), or by phone: 932418081 or email: comercial@barcelonaled.com. Communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The return of a product that is not due to a cause attributable to the quality or the warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in selecting the color, bulb size, or product type) will be at the customer's expense, who must send the material to be paid for along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

Returns will be refunded or exchanged at the buyer's choice for the order value.

The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED covers the return shipping costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be paid.

If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not accept returns or exchanges but will give the customer the option to send the products freight collect.

The customer bears the costs of returning the goods and pays the shipping costs to our headquarters.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR LED STRIPS, LED NEON LIGHTS, AND CABLES IF THEY HAVE BEEN CUT TO SIZE, GLUED, SOLDERED, OR IN ANY WAY MANIPULATED BY THE BUYER OR AT THE BUYER'S REQUEST.

RETURNS DUE TO MATERIAL DEFECTS:

Products that have been manipulated by the customer or damaged due to misuse, breakage, etc., will not be exchanged or credited, and the product warranty will be void. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will be covered by BARCELONA LED. In all other cases, these costs are borne by the customer.

In the case of a replacement product, it does not necessarily have to be the same product as the previous one but must be an equivalent, compatible, and improved version or model, as LED product performance is constantly improving.

If the product is in good condition but the packaging (box, plastic, or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.

Both the collection of the product and the corresponding return will be handled by Barcelona LED through our courier service in the case of replacements or repairs.

2) Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In the case of a return due to conformity defects (shipping errors, defective product, packaging damaged during transport), the return shipping costs will be borne by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3) Model withdrawal form:

4) In the event of withdrawal or return of the product due to breach of contract, you must also provide us with a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Additionally, depending on the payment method, you must indicate where we should make the payment.

We do not accept returns of products in poor condition with signs of misuse. For products not suitable for use in wet or aquatic environments such as swimming pools, outdoors, or the sea, we will not accept your return if there are signs of moisture, as we clearly indicate the IP resistance on each product, nor will we accept the return of the product if it has been damaged due to poor electrical connections in the installations.
