Terms and Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter: "General Conditions" or "Contracting Conditions") expressly regulate the relationships arising between Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. (hereinafter also Barcelona LED), with registered address at Calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), with NIF B 65519571, email comercial@barcelonaled.com, and registration in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry. Entry 31028996, journal 1106, entry 2143, volume 42399, page 78, sheet B-406823, registration 1, and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the website (www.barcelonaled.com, hereinafter the "Store"), who guarantee they are over eighteen years old and have the capacity to enter into binding contracts. Through these General Conditions, the user is informed that Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the content of these General Conditions and any particular condition that may exist.
2. USER OBLIGATIONS
2.1. The User is generally obliged to use the Store, purchase the Products, and use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage, or impair the normal functioning and enjoyment of the Store by other Users or that could harm or cause damage to the property and rights of Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., its suppliers, Users, or generally any third party.
2.2. The user who purchases on barcelonaled.com and chooses the in-store pickup method must provide identification and a copy of the order when collecting it at the selected store.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
3.1. Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. (www.barcelonaled.com) reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. may add new Products to those offered or included in the Store at any time. Likewise, Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.
3.2. The Products included in the Store will correspond as faithfully as possible, within the limits of web display technology, to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. may modify product prices whenever it deems appropriate. For this reason, the User, when accessing the web pages where the prices of Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. products are listed, must ensure they are the updated version and not a previous version saved in the device's internal memory. For this reason, when accessing product and service prices, the User agrees to click on the "Refresh" icon.
In the case of the €0.99 bulb (Ref. B1358), cash on delivery payments will not be accepted; the shipping costs for returns or product exchanges will be borne by the buyer without exceptions. This promotion IS NOT CUMULATIVE with other discounts or coupons.
COUPONS:
All coupons used on the website will be valid for ONE SINGLE USE per user and address unless otherwise indicated; the expiration of each coupon will be informed in each promotion and will be subject to possible changes and expirations depending on availability.
ABOUT CUSTOMER GROUPS AND EXTRA DISCOUNTS:
Barcelonaled.com applies special discounts to different customer groups such as professional groups, installers, and distributors; discounts vary according to the user group. Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L reserves the right to apply or not apply these discounts to specific campaigns or promotions offered throughout the year.
In the week of November prior to Black Friday and on Black Friday, promoted products will not have cumulative discounts and in case of duplication, the highest discount available will be applied.
Specific promotions such as e-Day or other promotions with high discounts will not be applicable to professional groups.
It should be noted that certain products are already discounted and no additional discount will be applied when promotions are made, such as the entire category of LED Grow Panels and individual products like references B1358-X-XX, B525XX, B526XX, where X represents product variants. Additionally, there are certain product lines intended for the professional field that are published with NET prices and discounts already applied.
4. PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
4.1. Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the Product's characteristics, its price, shipping costs, and the data of the different options to make the payment for the Products to Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.
4.2. The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment using the payment methods specifically detailed in the Store.
4.3. Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be made in the Spanish language.
4.4. The order confirmation sent by Barcelona LED iluminación, S.L. is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Barcelona LED iluminación, S.L. will send the corresponding invoice along with the Product.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN
5.1. In accordance with current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. at the following address: calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), or by phone at: 932418081, or by email: comercial@barcelonaled.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
- The return of a product, not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color selection, bulb size, error in product type selection), will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be refunded along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:
Barcelona Led iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain. - For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (keeping the box is essential).
- The return will be monetary or by product exchange, at the buyer's choice, for the order amount.
- Shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED assumes the return costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
- If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not process any returns or exchanges, giving the option to send the products to the customer with freight collect.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, paying the shipping costs to our headquarters.
IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEONS, AND CABLES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF CUSTOM CUTS, USE OF ADHESIVE, SOLDERING, OR ANY MANIPULATION DONE BY THE BUYER OR REQUESTED BY THE BUYER ARE APPARENT.
Returns for defective material:
No product manipulated by the customer or resulting from misuse, breakage, etc., will be exchanged or refunded, voiding the product warranty. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will be borne by BARCELONA LED. In other cases, these will be assumed by the customer.
In the case of product replacement, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, but in any case a version or equivalent, compatible, and improved model, since LED products are subject to continuous performance improvements.
If the product is in good condition but the packaging (box, plastic, or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.
Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by Barcelona LED through our courier service, in the case of replacements and repairs.
Returns of material on the peninsula:

- For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (keeping the box is essential).
- The return will be monetary or by product exchange, at the buyer's choice, for the order amount.
- If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not process any returns or exchanges, giving the option to send the products to the customer with freight collect.
Returns of material from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:
- The return of a product not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color selection, bulb size, error in product type selection) will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be reimbursed along with a copy of the invoice to the following address: Barcelona Led iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain. (ALL TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND COSTS ARISING FROM RETURNS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER).
- For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (keeping the box is essential).
- The return will be exclusively monetary for the order amount. If the buyer wishes to exchange or replace the product, they must return the material for reimbursement and place a new order.
- Shipping costs due to volume charges will be €50 up to €100. Then for every additional €100 purchase, €20 will be added.
Example: if you bought €101 the shipping costs will be €70. If you bought €199 the shipping costs will be €70. If you bought €201 the shipping costs will be €90 and so on.
- If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not process any returns or exchanges, giving the option to send the products to the customer with freight collect.
5.2. Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs if any, as well as any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before this period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In case of return of the goods due to non-conformity (wrong shipment, defective product, package damaged during shipping), the return shipping costs will be borne by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.
You will only be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.4. In case of withdrawal or return of the product due to non-conformity, you must also send us a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Additionally, depending on your payment method, you must indicate where we should make the refund.
Returns are not accepted for products in poor condition with signs of misuse. For products not intended for use in humid or aquatic environments such as pools, outdoors, or the sea, returns will not be accepted if there are signs of moisture, as we clearly specify the IP resistance rating on each product. Returns will also not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to poor electrical connections in the installations.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE
6.1. For any incident, claim, or exercise of your rights, the User may send an email to comercial@barcelonaled.com

7. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
7.1. The territorial scope of sales through the Store is for the territory of Spanish geography, so the delivery service will only be for that territory. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified.
7.2. The delivery service of Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., is carried out in collaboration with various well-known logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses.
7.3. Shipping costs are not always included in the price of the products. Free shipping for all orders with a minimum purchase amount of 30€ has exceptions for certain communities such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, which have their own shipping policy, which can be consulted by clicking here. At the time of product purchase, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
8. PROCEDURE TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT BY THE CONSUMER.
8.1. The User, at any time prior to entering into the contract, may cancel their order and once the contract is concluded, must comply with the provisions in the Withdrawal/Return section of these General Conditions (clause 5).
9. WARRANTIES.
9.1. Product conformity with the contract. Unless proven otherwise, products will be considered compliant with these General Conditions as long as they meet all the requirements expressed in the current regulations, except that, due to the circumstances of the case, some of them may not be applicable.
9.2. There will be no liability for non-conformities that the User knew or could not have ignored at the time of entering into the contract. Possible deficiencies caused by normal use or wear of the products, nor those caused by impacts or improper use, will not be included.
9.3. Warranty Periods. Barcelona LED is responsible for non-conformities that appear within a period of three (3) years from delivery, always in accordance with the different conditions stipulated by the current law. Unless proven otherwise, delivery is understood to have been made on the date shown on the corresponding invoice or delivery note, if the latter is later. The User must inform Barcelona LED of the non-conformity within two (2) months from the time it became known.
9.4. Special conditions: the warranty period is based on a maximum operation of 4,000 hours/year at an ambient temperature of 25 ºC and with 10cm of space around the body of the LED Products. By default, the buyer receives a 3-year warranty.
This warranty only covers products used for the purposes for which they were designed or “normal use” defined as follows:
• Operating conditions must comply with the information shown on the Products and their packaging.
• The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range of -20 ºC to +30 ºC (for LED Tubes: -30 ºC to +45 ºC).
• The relative humidity in the installation must never exceed 80% RH nor should it ever exceed the IP rating of the Product, if applicable.
• The products must operate in an open luminaire (and in a closed luminaire for LED Tubes), with a minimum of 10cm of space around the body of the Products.
• The electrical installation in which the Product operates must not be subject to voltage fluctuations beyond an interval exceeding 230 V +/- 10%.
BLACK FRIDAY: Products discounted for this promotion have a legal warranty of 30 days if it is a final clearance.
10. DATA PROTECTION.
10.1. We inform you and you authorize us that the personal data you provide and those that may be generated from your relationship with us will be incorporated into a file or files, under the responsibility of BARCELONA LED ILUMINACIÓN, S.L. (BARCELONA LED), located at Calle Nápoles, nº 129-131, local 7, Cp 08013 Barcelona, for the purposes of: managing your registration, and if necessary, managing your purchase; general, accounting, tax, and administrative management; maintenance, compliance, development, control, and management of your relationship with us; in the event you have positively opted in to subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive during and after our relationship commercial communications from us and third parties in our sector by any means including electronic means such as email, SMS, or similar.
Also, if you choose to have the material delivered to one of the Barcelona Led stores, to be able to make the delivery at the store you select, you authorize that your data may be provided to the corresponding store, even if it is not a company-owned store but an external point of sale.
Your data may be communicated if necessary for the payment process, for example with the entity you select to manage the charge whether it is by card, bank transfer, or Paypal. Likewise, your data may be processed and/or communicated to comply with existing contractual and/or legal obligations.
10.2. If the User provides us with personal data of third parties or does so in the future, they must have previously informed and obtained consent from such third party regarding the points set forth here. The User also agrees to keep the data provided to us updated and to inform us of any changes; otherwise, it will be considered that the data has not been modified and is accurate and up to date.
10.3. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by writing to BARCELONA LED at the address specified above, attaching a copy of an official identification document, indicating on the envelope: BARCELONA LED Privacy Policy. You must also be over eighteen years old to register, provide your data, and, if applicable, contract with us.
10.4. For all the above, it will be understood that, in the event you provide us with your data, you expressly authorize its processing as described above.

11. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.
11.1The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the trademarks, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L. itself, or third parties, and that the General Conditions do not grant any rights regarding such industrial and intellectual property rights other than those specifically contemplated therein.
11.2Unless previously authorized in writing by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., or, where applicable, by the third parties holding the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access through any form of public communication to any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the use of the Store solely for their own needs, committing not to directly or indirectly carry out any commercial exploitation of the materials, elements, and information obtained through them.
11.3. The User must refrain from bypassing or manipulating any technical devices established by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., or by third parties in the Store.
12. LINKS.
12.1. The links contained on this Website that redirect the user to other websites managed by third parties, over which www.barcelonaled.com exercises no control; www.barcelonaled.com is not responsible for the content or status of such sites nor does it recommend or endorse their content.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1. Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., reserves the right to interrupt access to the Portal, as well as the provision of any or all Services provided through it at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance reasons, power supply failures, or any other cause.
13.2. Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., will not be responsible in case of interruptions of the Services, delays, errors, malfunctioning thereof, and, in general, other inconveniences originating from causes beyond the control of Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., and/or due to willful or negligent actions of the user and/or caused by Force Majeure.
14. CONTRACT VALIDITY.
14.1If any of the clauses of these General Conditions is considered null or unenforceable, it will not affect the rest of the clauses, which will remain fully in force.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
15.1. These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution related to the validity, interpretation, compliance, or termination of this contract will be submitted to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the User's City, provided they are a consumer.
In cases where the regulations allow the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, both parties, with express waiver of any other that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
ADVERTISING DISPLAY WARRANTY POLICIES
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to establish the policies and procedures for the warranty of products marketed by Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L. C.I.F. B65519571. These policies are designed to ensure that customers receive high-quality products and that any defect or issue is addressed efficiently and fairly.
2. SCOPE
These warranty policies apply to all Advertising Displays marketed by Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L.
3. WARRANTY TERMS
3.1. Warranty Period
• The standard warranty covers products for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
3.2. Warranty Coverage
• The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
3.3. Requirements for Warranty Application
• To make the warranty effective, the customer must present the original proof of purchase.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
4.1. Warranty Request
• The customer must contact Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L.'s customer service via the email “comercial@barcelonaled.com” to initiate a warranty claim.
• The customer must provide a detailed description of the problem, photographs, and videos of the defect.
4.2. Claim Evaluation
• Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L. will evaluate the warranty claim and determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.
• If a physical evaluation of the product is required, the customer must send it to C/ Galligants S/N17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona – Spain. If this occurs within the first 6 months after purchase, shipping costs are covered by Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L.; if more than six months have passed since purchase, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
4.3. Claim Resolution
• If the claim is valid, Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L. will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
• If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L. will offer a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
5. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
• The warranty does not apply if the product has been used under conditions not recommended by the manufacturer.
6. CHANGES TO THE WARRANTY POLICY
Barcelona LED Iluminación S.L. reserves the right to modify these warranty policies at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers through the company's website and will take effect immediately after their publication.
