Right of withdrawal / return
1) In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of this right to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
The return of a product, which is not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in choosing the color, bulb size, error in choosing the type of product), will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be paid along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (it is essential to keep the box).
The return will be monetary or by product exchange, at the buyer's choice, for the order amount.
Shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED assumes the return costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any type of refund or exchange, giving the possibility to send the products to the customer with freight collect.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, paying the shipping costs to our premises.
IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEONS AND CABLES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THERE ARE VISIBLE CUTS TO MEASURE, USE OF ADHESIVES, SOLDERING OR ANY MANIPULATION CARRIED OUT BY THE BUYER OR AT THE BUYER'S REQUEST.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:
No product manipulated by the customer or resulting from improper use, breakage, etc. will be replaced or credited, invalidating the product warranty. In case of defective product, delivery costs will be borne by BARCELONA LED. In all other cases, these will be borne by the customer.
In case of product replacement, it may not necessarily be identical to the previous one, but it could be an equivalent, compatible and improved version or model, since LED products are subject to continuous performance improvements.
If the product is in good condition but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.
Both the collection of the product and its return will be managed by Barcelona LED through our courier service, in case of replacements and repairs.
Return of material on the peninsula:

Return of material from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:
The return of a product, which is not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in choosing the color, bulb size, error in choosing the type of product), will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be paid along with a copy of the invoice to the following address: Barcelona Led iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain. (ALL TAXES, CUSTOMS FEES AND COSTS ARISING FROM THE RETURN ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY).
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (it is essential to keep the box).
The refund will be exclusively monetary for the order amount. If the buyer wishes to change or replace the product, they must return the material for credit and proceed with a new purchase.
Shipping costs for volumes will be €50 up to €100. Then, for every additional €100 purchase, it will increase by €20.
Example: if you purchased €101 the shipping cost will be €70. If you purchased €199 the shipping cost will be €70. If you purchased €201 the shipping cost will be €90 and so on.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any return or exchange, giving the possibility to send the products to the customer with freight collect.
2) Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, except for any delivery costs, as well as additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the period of 14 days has expired.
The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In case of return of goods due to non-conformity (wrong shipment, defective product, package damaged during shipping), the return costs will be borne by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.
The customer will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3) Withdrawal form:

4) In case of withdrawal or return of the product due to non-conformity, it is also necessary to send a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Additionally, depending on your payment method, you must indicate where we should make the payment.
We do not accept the return of products in poor condition with signs of improper use; in the case of products not intended for use in humid or aquatic environments such as pools, outdoors or by the sea, we will not accept their return if they show signs of moisture as we clearly indicate the IP resistance on each product, nor will we accept the return of the product if it has been damaged due to poor electrical connections in the installations.
