It allows to place MR16 threaded bulbs with MR16 base in E14 threaded sockets.
*IMPORTANT: Take into account the input voltage, which for E14 threaded bulbs is usually 230V. On the contrary, MR16 base bulbs always work at 12V.
Only use at 12V, ifused at 230V there is a high electrical risk!
