Right of withdrawal / Return

1) In accordance with the legal regulations in force, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., at the following address: calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 de Barcelona (Spain), or telephone number: 932418081, or email: comercial@barcelonaled.com your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not compulsory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The return of a product, which is not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in the selection of color, size of the bulb, error in the selection of the type of product), shall be borne by the customer, who will have to send us the material to be paid along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

For the acceptance of the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (essential to keep the box).

The return will be monetary or by exchange of products, at the buyer's choice, for the amount of the order.

The shipping costs for the return of the product shall be borne by the buyer. In the event that Barcelona LED assumes the return costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be paid.

In the event that the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any kind of return or exchange, giving the possibility of sending the products to the customer freight collect.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, paying the shipping costs to our headquarters.

IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEON LIGHTS AND CABLES, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THERE ARE VISIBLE CUTS TO SIZE, USE OF ADHESIVE, SOLDERING OR ANY MANIPULATION MADE BY THE BUYER OR MADE AT THE REQUEST OF THE BUYER.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:

No product manipulated by the customer or derived from misuse, breakage, etc., will be exchanged or credited, being void the product warranty. In case of defective product, the shipping costs will be borne by BARCELONA LED. In all other cases, these will be borne by the customer.

In case of replacement of a product, this may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, although in any case an equivalent, compatible and improved version or model, given that LED products are subject to continuous improvement in their performance.

If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.

Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by Barcelona LED through our courier service, in the case of replacements and repairs.

Returns of material in peninsula:

Returns of material from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:

The return of a product, which is not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in the selection of color, size of the bulb, error in the selection of the type of product), will be borne by the customer, who will have to send us the material to be paid along with a copy of the invoice to the following address: Barcelona Led iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, España. (ALL TAXES, CUSTOMS AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM RETURNS WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER).

For the acceptance of the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (essential to keep the box).

The return will be exclusively monetary for the amount of the order. In case the buyer wishes to exchange or replace the product, he/she will have to return the material for credit, and process a new purchase.

The shipping costs for volume charges will be 50€ up to 100€. Then for each additional 100€ of purchase will be increased by 20€.

Example: if you bought 101€ the shipping costs will be 70€. If you bought 199€ the shipping costs will be 70€. If you bought 201€ the shipping costs will be 90€ and so on.

In the event that the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any return or exchange, giving the possibility to send the products to the customer freight collect.

2) Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received by you, except delivery charges if any, as well as the additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In case of return of the goods due to lack of conformity (shipping error, defective product, package damaged during shipment), the cost of return will be borne by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.

You will only be responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3) Model withdrawal form:

(*) Delete as appropriate.

4) In case of withdrawal or return of the product for lack of conformity, you must also send us a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Also, depending on your method of payment, you must tell us where we should make the payment.

We do not accept returns of products in poor condition with signs of misuse, in the case of products that are not for use in wet or aquatic environments such as swimming pools, outdoors or sea, we will not accept their return if they have signs of moisture as we make clear the IP of resistance in each product, nor will we accept the return of the product if it has suffered damage due to poor electrical connections in the facilities.
