Wall twilight sensor - Automatic photocell - 220-240V AC
Surface-mounted twilight sensor that automatically turns lighting on or off based on ambient light, offering efficient management without manual intervention. Resistant to temperature and humidity, it's ideal for automating outdoor lighting on paths, driveways, or gardens, ensuring it turns on only at night and achieving significant energy savings.
It allows you to adjust the light threshold and includes a quick test function, as well as a clear connection diagram that facilitates installation on a wall or surface.
Detailed Description
Wall twilight sensor - Automatic photocell 220/240V AC
This sensor activates the load when ambient light falls below the set level and deactivates it when it exceeds the set light threshold. It is a practical and reliable solution for controlling luminaires that only operate at night, optimizing consumption and maintenance.
- Automatic operation: Sensitivity adjustment for switching on (<10–100 LUX) and off (>40–250 LUX), allowing the configuration to be adapted to each environment.
- High reliability: Its performance is not affected by temperature or humidity, ensuring stable operation even under adverse conditions.
- Versatile applications: Ideal for automatic lighting control in gardens, entrances, facades, parking lots or common areas.
- Compact and discreet design: Its surface format facilitates aesthetic integration into walls, poles or junction boxes without altering the appearance of the environment.
Installation steps
- Disconnect the power supply and check for absence of voltage.
- Remove the sensor cover: loosen the screws and separate the cover from the body/base.
- Fix the base to the wall or ceiling with the included plugs/screws, observing the correct orientation (“UP” arrow pointing upwards).
- Make the connection according to the diagram printed on the device (L/N input and output to the luminaire/load).
- Replace the cover and screw it on tightly.
- Restore power.
- Test operation: During the day, cover the sensor window with an opaque element to force it to turn on; when removed, the light should turn off automatically.
