Right of withdrawal / return
1) In accordance with current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L., at the following address: calle Nápoles 129-131, local 7, CP 08013 Barcelona (Spain), or by phone at: 932418081, or by email: comercial@barcelonaled.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
- The return of a product not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color selection, bulb size, error in product type selection) will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be refunded along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:
Barcelona Led iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain. - For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (keeping the box is essential).
- The return will be monetary or by product exchange, at the buyer's choice, for the order amount.
- Shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the buyer. If Barcelona LED assumes the return shipping costs, these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any refund or exchange, offering the possibility to send the products back to the customer with freight collect.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, paying the shipping costs to our headquarters.
IN THE CASE OF LED STRIPS, LED NEONS, AND CABLES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF CUTS TO MEASURE, USE OF ADHESIVE, SOLDERING, OR ANY MANIPULATION MADE BY THE BUYER OR REQUESTED BY THE BUYER ARE APPARENT.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:
No product manipulated by the customer or resulting from misuse, breakage, etc., will be exchanged or refunded, and the product warranty will be void. In the case of defective products, shipping costs will be borne by BARCELONA LED. In other cases, these will be assumed by the customer.
In case of product replacement, it may not necessarily be identical to the previous one, but in any case, an equivalent, compatible, and improved version or model, since LED products are subject to continuous performance improvements.
If the product is in good condition but the packaging (box, plastic, or wrapping) is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.
Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by Barcelona LED through our courier service, in the case of replacements and repairs.
Returns of material within the peninsula:

Returns of material from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:
- The return of a product not due to a cause attributable to the quality or warranty offered by Barcelona LED (errors in color selection, bulb size, error in product type selection) will be at the customer's expense, who must send us the material to be refunded along with a copy of the invoice to the following address: Barcelona Led iluminación S.L.: C/ Galligants S/N, 17451 Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, Girona, Spain. (ALL TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND COSTS ARISING FROM RETURNS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER).
- For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, including instructions (keeping the box is essential).
- The return will be exclusively monetary for the order amount. If the buyer wishes to exchange or replace the product, they must return the material for refund and place a new order.
- Shipping costs due to volume charges will be €50 up to €100. Then, for every additional €100 purchase, €20 will be added.
Example: if you bought €101, shipping costs will be €70. If you bought €199, shipping costs will be €70. If you bought €201, shipping costs will be €90, and so on.
- If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not make any refund or exchange, offering the possibility to send the products back to the customer with freight collect.
2) Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs if any, as well as additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In case of return of the goods due to non-conformity (wrong shipment, defective product, package damaged during shipping), the return shipping costs will be borne by Barcelona LED Iluminación, S.L.
You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3) Withdrawal form model:

4) In case of withdrawal or return of the product due to non-conformity, you must also send us a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Also, depending on your payment method, you must indicate where we should make the refund.
Returns of products in poor condition with signs of misuse are not accepted. For products not intended for use in humid or aquatic environments such as pools, outdoors, or sea, returns will not be accepted if there are signs of moisture since we clearly specify the IP resistance on each product. Returns will also not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to poor electrical connections in the installations.
