Infrared motion detector (PIR) for indoor wall/ceiling installation with IP20 degree of protection.
Its infrared sensor can detect when someone enters its field at an adjustable angle from 120° to 360° and a distance range of 3 to 6 meters.
It is able to identify night and day light, which allows to efficiently use the energy of LED products.
Maximum supported power of 400W (LED) and 800W (incandescent).
Detailed Description
The PIR motion sensor is capable of detecting the energy radiated by bodies at a distance of 3 to 6 meters and can be used for both domestic and commercial purposes.
One of the main features of this sensor is that it can automatically identify day and night light.
It allows great energy savings, as the sensor turns on the lights only when it detects the presence of people. Then, when it detects that there is no one in its radius of action, with a predefined time between 5 seconds and 8 minutes, it turns them off. It is possible to adjust from the switch-off time to the switch-on sensitivity of the device according to the ambient light (in a range from 10 to 2,000 LUX).
It is also possible to modify the angle (from 120° to 360°) and the detection distance (from 3 to 6 meters).
This sensor is compatible with most of our LED products and can be configured to operate only at night or all the time, according to the needs of each location and circumstances. It has an almost instantaneous reaction and can detect bodies through doors, glass and thin walls.
