How does it connect to the lane?

This power supply is not installed inside the rail . It connects directly to the mains power supply and then delivers power to the rail via a starter connector , which is the part that is mounted on the rail. Since the same power supply works for both systems, you only need to select the starter connector that corresponds to the rail.
