Detailed Description
The proximity sensor for 12 and 24V DC single color strips is a versatile and compact solution that adapts to a wide range of LED profiles on the market.
It's mounted on 10mm wide PCBs. It's trimmable, which means that it can be cut at the ends to fit different LED strip widths: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
It can be easily connected to the LED strip by means of quick connectors.
It serves a dual purpose: acting as a switch upon detecting proximity movement, such as the passing of a hand within 8 cm or less, automatically turning on the LED strip and turning it off upon the repetition of the gesture. Additionally, it operates as a dimmer: when a hand is positioned in front of the sensor, it initiates dimming of the LED strip.
